How to Apply
- Please download the Sponsorship Application form, fill it out, and fax or e-mail it to the IMID 2023 Secretariat (imid2@k-ids.or.kr).
- Pay the contribution deadline within a month from the invoice issue date.
- Please send the receipt to the secretariat for confirmation of full payment.
- All payments should be transferred to the bank account.
Important Dates
- June 30, 2023: Deadline for sponsorship applications.
Cancellation Policy
- Until May 31, 2023: Full payment will be refunded.
- Until June 9, 2023: 50% of full payment will be refunded.
- After June 9, 2023: Full payment will not be refunded.
- Cancellation of sponsorship must be made in writing to the secretariat via e-mail.
