※ All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the Online registration system. We would like to inform you that all the conference registrants will be KIDS members automatically and can register as the KIDS member in IMID 2023. All the participants intending to attend the conference should register separately.

※ IMID 2022 provides an Pre-registration Fee until August 5 (Fri.), 2022 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference. Pre-registration by online is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website.

※ At least, one author of each accepted papers must complete his/her registration and pay the registration fee by July 31 (Sun.), 2022; otherwise the papers will be withdrawn from the proceedings publication.

※ K-ETA(Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is mandatory for nationals or citizens of 102 countries/regions, where visa-free entry is available.

  • STEP 6
    Card : Pay the registration fee through the On-line payment system
    TRANSFER : Check your invoice and transfer the registration fee
  • STEP 7
    Confirmation letter will be sent to you

Methods of Payment

By Credit Card

: VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX card are acceptable.

  • (For Korean) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to Duzon.
  • (For Foreigner) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM
  • (For Foreigner) This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

By Bank Transfer

  • Please make the bank transfer to below account specified.
  • Sender’s name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or Registrant’s name.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.
  • After your deposit details are confirmed, the secretariat will send you a confirmation email of the registration within a week.

※ In order to confirm your deposit, please make sure to send the remittance slip to the secretariat (reg@k-ids.or.kr).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

※ Please notify IMID 2022 secretariat in writing to reg@k-ids.or.kr to request a refund and cancel your registration.

※ All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

※ Refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
