IMID 2026 Organizing Committee is pleased to provide travel grant support to students who present outstanding scientific or technical achievement at the conference on-site. A considerable number of student travel grants, up to USD 500 each, will be given to the students.

Eligibility

Applicants must be enrolled in a Ph.D. or master's degree program outside Korea during the conference period.
The grants are intended to partially offset travel costs for students presenting at IMID 2026. To be eligible for a travel grant, applicants must present at least one paper at IMID 2026.

How to Apply for the Student Travel Grant

Apply for STG via Google sheet (https://forms.gle/8NmPmzc1ULFUoak57).
Upload the following documents.
- Written Student Grant Application Form STG Application Form
  (* Please note that official letter from supervisor or department chair stating is necessary to review.)
- Scanned copy of student identification card
  (* Only student identification card is acceptable.)
STG Application Deadline : July 31, 2026

Important Note

The final recipients of the Student Travel Grants are selected through a review by the Executive Committee.
Any scanned documents should be preferably in PDF format.
The Student Travel Grant will be given at the conference venue.
Only the student who was selected as grantee could receive the travel grant.
