Presentation Guideline

As the conference approaches, we wish to reiterate our sincere appreciation for your valuable contributions to IMID 2026. Regarding your presentation, kindly find the attached instructions and further detailed information.

1.
For oral presentations, authors are required to prepare their slides (PowerPoint or PDF) and present them in the session room.

A dedicated computer will be provided for all presentations. Presenters are highly encouraged to utilize the provided conference computer to minimize potential delays caused by switching between personal laptops.
(We advise against using personal laptop computers, particularly MacBooks, unless your presentation necessitates specialized software and/or hardware.)
To mitigate software compatibility problems, specifically with Microsoft PowerPoint, speakers are advised to save their presentation on a USB memory stick and also bring a backup version.
Please upload your files to the session room PCs during scheduled breaks.

Speakers are requested to arrive in the session room 10 minutes before the start of their session and report to the session chair.

General Instructions

  • Poster boards are self-standing.
  • Each paper's unique code will be clearly displayed on the respective board.
  • Scotch tape will be provided for your convenience.
  • The use of double-sided tape is strictly prohibited.
  • All presenters are required to be present at their assigned poster panel during the designated session times (Poster Session I, II, III) to engage in discussions with attendees.
  • Poster authors are responsible for the design, preparation, and transportation of their posters to the conference venue.
  • Each poster must clearly indicate the paper title, authors, affiliations, and paper number, and must adhere to a maximum size of 0.9m x 1.5m.
