For oral presentations, authors are required to prepare their slides
(PowerPoint or PDF) and present them in the session room.

A dedicated computer will be provided for all presentations. Presenters are
highly encouraged to utilize the provided conference computer to minimize
potential delays caused by switching between personal laptops.
(We advise against using personal laptop computers, particularly MacBooks,
unless your presentation necessitates specialized software and/or hardware.)

To mitigate software compatibility problems, specifically with Microsoft
PowerPoint, speakers are advised to save their presentation on a USB memory
stick and also bring a backup version.

Please upload your files to the session room PCs during scheduled breaks.
