  Important Notice on Registration

Online Registration

All participants are strongly encouraged to register online via the official online registration system.

Pre-Registration Deadline

To take advantage of the discounted registration fees, IMID 2026 participants are highly recommended to complete their registration by Friday, July 31, 2026.

Registration Requirement for Authors

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete their registration and payment by Friday, July 31, 2026.

Please note that failure to meet this deadline will result in the automatic exclusion of the paper from the conference proceedings.

Visa Application and Documentation

Eligibility: Visa letter applications are available exclusively for authors who have completed payment through the online system.

Embassy Variations: Visa requirements and processing times vary significantly by country/region, so please verify the details with your local Korean Embassy or Consulate in advance.

Processing Lead Time Official documents requiring signatures or seals (invitation letters, letters of guarantee) take more than a week to process due to internal administrative procedures. Please submit your requests as early as possible.

Registration Period

  • Pre-Registration : June 8 (Mon.) – July 31 (Fri.), 2026 (*All presenters should register for the conference.)
  • On-site Registration : August 18 (Tue.) ~ August 21 (Fri.), 2026

Registration Fee

  • Students registering for the conference can access tutorials and workshops for free. If you wish to take all courses, please select the "Conference + Tutorials + Workshops" category when registering. (T&W booklets will be provided on-site on a first-come, first-served basis)

    Check your details and Scroll down and Click the ‘Pay Now’ button

    Card : Pay the registration fee through the On-line payment system
    TRANSFER : Check your invoice and transfer the registration fee
  • STEP 7
    Confirmation letter will be sent to you

  • (For Korean) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to Duzon.
  • (For Foreigner) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM (This payment service is provided by Eximbay and billed via as www.eximbay.com).

  • Once you complete the registration form, you can check IMID Conference account information.
    (등록 시스템 내에서 등록폼 작성을 완료하면, 입금해야 할 계좌정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.)
  • The sender’s name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or registrant’s name.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • We are not responsible for the inability to verify registrant information due to mismatch in the sender name format. Please be sure to read the remittance name form provided before sending the money.
  • After remittance, please be sure to send an email to the secretariat (reg@k-ids.or.kr) along with the deposit receipt (date, remitter's name, amount) and your 4-digit registration number.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Please notify reg@k-ids.or.kr in writing to request a refund and cancel your registration.
  • All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • Refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
