Guidelines for Free Exhibition Registration

The IMID 2026 Special Exhibition will be open to everyone free of charge.

Those who register under the "Exhibition Only" category are kindly requested to pick up their name tags at the on-site registration desk.

How to Apply

Fill in the application form.
Send the application with business license by Email or FAX.
Receive the invoice form by the IMID 2026 secretariat office.
Pay the deposit. (It must be paid by May 31, 2026 / 50% of total amount)
Pay the balance. (It must be paid by August 1, 2026)
