How to Apply
  • Fill in the application form.
  • Send the application with business license by Email or FAX.
  • Receive the invoice form by the IMID 2026 secretariat office.
  • Pay the deposit. (It must be paid by May 31, 2026 / 50% of total amount)
  • Pay the balance. (It must be paid by August 1, 2026)
Application Deadline
  • Early-bird Application: April 30, 2026
  • Advance Application: June 30, 2026
  • Regular Application: After July 1, 2026

  • By May 31, 2026: 100% Refund
  • June 1 to July 21, 2026: 50% Deduction from the participation fee
  • July 22 to July 31, 2026: 80% Deduction from the participation fee
  • From August 1, 2026: 100% Deduction from the participation fee
