Guideline for Registration

※ All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the Online registration system. We would like to inform you that all the conference registrants will be KIDS members also register in IMID 2024. All the participants intending to attend the conference should register separately.

※ IMID 2024 provides an Pre-registration Fee until August 2 (Fri.), 2024 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference. Pre-registration by online is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website.

※ At least, one author of each accepted papers must complete his/her registration and pay the registration fee by  August 2 (Fri.), 2024; otherwise the papers will be withdrawn from the proceedings publication.

  • Pre-registration : June 10 (Mon.) - August 2 (Fri.), 2024 (*All presenters should register for the conference.)
  • On-site Registration : August 20 (Tue.) ~ August 23 (Fri.), 2024

    Card : Pay the registration fee through the On-line payment system
    TRANSFER : Check your invoice and transfer the registration fee
  • STEP 7
    Confirmation letter will be sent to you

By Bank Transfer
  • Please make the bank transfer to below account specified.
  • Sender’s name MUST BE Registration number (4-digits) or Registrant’s name.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.
  • After your deposit details are confirmed, the secretariat will send you a confirmation email of the registration within a week.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

※ Please notify IMID 2024 secretariat in writing to reg@k-ids.or.kr to request a refund and cancel your registration.

※ All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

※ Refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
