Virtual Conference Guideline

We welcome you all to the IMID 2020 Virtual Conference. Please read our guideline to participate in the conference more effectively. Should you have any questions or inquiries on anything on the conference, please feel free to contact us at imid@k-ids.or.kr

Also, IMID 2020 secretary office via zoom will be operated from August 25th to 28th. (Operation Time: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (KST)) ()

Watching technical sessions

** For playing the video, you have to download ‘Kollus Player’ through the link below.
Be sure to click on the link for the version of the browser you are using.

  • Login to and Attend the Conference
    • The maximum number of the electric devices you can use to watch videos with 1 ID is limited to 5.
    • ID and PW for Login will be provided when you are done with registration with payment.
      If you’ve not yet done, please register first.
    • Please make sure that you have been given your own ID and PW for Virtual Conference after you completed the registration.
      ID and PW can be checked in 'ID/PW for Virtual' () by clicking "Registration Submission/Status"menu.
      If you still have any problem to confirm your ID/PW after making payment done, please contact at reg@k-ids.or.kr.
    • ※ Important Notice When you register as On-Site(25-28),
      you can access to Virtual Conference from the day after you register.
    • If you click "Download" menu, you can download Final Program Book, Proceedings(Digest), Tutorial Book online.
    • Before you login, you should agree to the terms by marking the checkbox as below
      ** I agree that all the materials and publications presented in IMID 2020 are prohibited for any unauthorized
      distribution or commercial use.

    - Every video for oral session will be played with recorded voice of presenter.
    - You will be able to ask any questions directly to the presenter via Q&A section below his/her presentation information.

If you are not a paid registrant;

  • If you are not yet a paid registrant, please make sure that you have to
    register and make a payment for watching sessions.
  • Since the pre-registration period has passed, if you want to participate and
    watch sessions, you have to register as a Regular/Onsite registrant.
