All conference participants are strongly urged to register online at the official Website. Participants who will be able to complete the advance registration process (July 1-September 10, 2010) will enjoy lower costs and will be assured of being given all the conference documents upon their arrival.

Each registrant is requested to register separately.

  • Only Visa, Mastercard, JCB, [Except Amex Card] will be accepted.
• Payment by credit card can be made only through the online procedure.
• After filling out the registration form at the Website, please click on ¡°Online Registration.¡±
• Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to INICIS.
2) By Bank Transfer
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
• The sender¡¯s name should be the registrant¡¯s name.
• A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to IMID/IDMC/ASIA DISPLAY 2010 Program
  Secretariat (e-mail: reg@k-ids.or.kr / fax: +82-53-746-9007).

For those who will register online, a confirmation letter will be automatically sent to each registrant. In the case of bank transfer, a confirmation letter will be sent via e-mail within a week after our receipt of the appropriate registration fee. If you do not receive the confirmation letter within a week after your registration and payment, please contact us (e-mail: reg@k-ids.or.kr / fax: +82-53-746-9007).
 
 
 
Cancellation should be made IN WRITING to the Secretariat. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows;
  - Cancellation before August 31, 2010 : Full refund
  - Cancellation by September 5, 2010 : 50% refund
  - Cancellation from September 10, 2010 : NO REFUND
  - In the case of a duplicate payment, a full refund will be made.
 All approved refunds will be made after the IMID 2010 for administrative reasons.
