- On-line registration is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website. Participants who complete the advance registration process (from July 1 to September 10, 2009) will benefit from the lower costs and the knowledge that all the Conference documentation will be ready on their arrival. Each registrant is requested to register separately.
- Registrants (Regular, Student) in IMID 2009 are to be KIDS member automatically and can register as a member at next IMID conference.

At least one of the authors should register for the conference. |

Conference registration fee includes admission to all Technical Programs, Special session with Extended Abstract Book and CD-ROM Proceedings. |

Workshop / Tutorial registration fee includes admission to Workshop / Tutorial session, with Workshop Book / Tutorial Book. (Tutorial is Korean only.)

Business Forum registration fee includes admission to Business Forum and Business Forum Books.. The advance registration fee of Business Forum only is available by the end of September regardless of advance registration due date. |

Special Package is consist of conference registration fee and business forum at discount rate. |

Special Session is consist of the speakers related a variety field of "Display Device Design" co-organized by KAID. Special Session Fee does not cover the Conference registration fee. |

Policy of Cancellation and Refund |

Cancellation should be made in writing to the Secretariat.
All approved refunds will be made after the IMID 2009 for administrative reasons.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows.
