- Title:Aperture Size Dependence in Crossed Mirror Array for Converging Ultrasonic Wave

Abstract: We propose for converging sonic wave, to use Crossed Mirror Array(CMA). By using CMA, light and ultrasonic can be converged at same position. So It¡¯s easy to control tangible 3D.we have examined frequency dependence of converged ultrasonic wave intensity in order to obtain appropriate aperture size of CMA for ultrasonic-wave.?
