  • Title:The Organic/Inorganic Superlattice Dielectric for Large Area Electronics

  • Abstract: Recent progress on flexible electronics requires new electronic materials which can endure significant mechanical stress without electrical performance degradation. Especially the dielectric materials have been a significant problem, since breakdown at one point can ruin whole device. In this work, we present the organic/inorganic superlattice dielectric. From Figure 1, the superlattice show high capacitance (~700nF/cm2) and low leakage current.
