- Title:Active Tail Improving Effects on the TFT Character

Abstract: In the process of LCD production, Some products emergence ?various undesirable phenomena, such as H-Line, Crosstalk, Flicker, and so on.The TFT measurement results shows that leakage current is too large under the light state,so that the voltage can not remain. This thesis intensive analysis aiming at this phenomenon, Through the analysis of the contrast test,finally we found the most effective way which play an active effect to improve the characteristics of the TFT off.
