  • Abstract: This paper presents a high-performance touch controller IC to be robust against low-frequency external noises. It includes a novel third-order correlated double sampling (CDS) and integration. This is specialized for suppressing low-frequency noise, one of the serious bottlenecks for the performance of a touch sensor. The 3rd?order CDS is implemented by the proposed configuration with a charge amplifier and a pseudo differential integrator.
