- Title:Temperature Dependence Analysis of the OLED Device Lifetime with Our Electron Transport Material

Abstract: We demonstrated low voltage, high efficiency and long lifetime in organic light-emitting diode (OLED) devices using our electron transport material (ETM) at room temperature and high temperatures. And the origins of these preferable performances at high temperature were discussed in terms of carrier balance and thermal stability.
