We reserved several hotels shown below for participants and their accompanying persons participating in the IMID/IDMC/ASIA DISPLAY 2008 on fairly favorable terms.
The hotel assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations made after this date will be based on space availability only. All reservation must be received by September 10, 2008 accompanied by one night deposit to be guaranteed and to get benefit from the special IMID/IDMC/ASIA DISPLAY 2008 rate. The confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours by the hotel agency. Your prompt booking is highly required in order to guarantee your room.

  Then, e-mail or fax it to the hotel agency

	We, the organizing committee of the IMID/IDMC/ASIA DISPLAY 2008 learns that it is better to show the hotel rates in KRW instead of USD to the participants of the conference. We understand it may be difficult to figure it out the exact amounts in USD or other countries monetary units.
	Additional taxes and charges may apply.
	All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% VAT.
	Room charges and other individual charges will be made directly by hotels in checking out.
	The exchange rate (selling cash) is KRW 997.3 to the dollar as of March 15, 2008 and it fluctuates daily.
	One night deposit must be guaranteed by credit card in order to secure your reservation. Total amount of the hotel fee will be charged directly by the hotel when you check out.
	Cancellation after September 10, 2008 or no-show: One-night deposit will be charged by the hotel. Any cancellation should be informed by e-mail or fax to the hotel agency in advance.
